About the Role

The Head of Digital Marketing is the de-facto manager of all digital marketing activities that drive qualified traffic to ClickGUARD, which includes strategizing, budgeting, planning, and implementation for both organic and paid media. This role is critical for marketing as it fuels both ClickGUARDs organic and paid media growth through inbound traffic.

The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for creating the digital strategy, managing and leading resources to grow and improve ClickGUARD’s marketing performance as a whole.

What you'll be doing

  • Build, plan and implement the omnichannel digital marketing strategy that communicates ClickGUARD’s value proposition to customers.
  • Manage the strategy & content calendar (branding, content, SEO/SEM, email, social media, video, etc).
  • Recruit, train, and manage the rest of the content team
  • Measure and report content ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Overseeing website maintenance, updates, redesigns, and other changes
  • Gated content and marketing collateral (website widgets, e-books, white papers, etc)

What qualifies you for this role?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • You've got a very clear track record of having done this before.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
