About the Role

Social Media is one of the pillars of ClickGUARD’s overarching marketing strategy.

The social media manager at ClickGUARD is responsible for driving awareness of brand, product and people using social media platforms with well informed, documented and researched strategies.

The social media scope covered by this role is:

  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Facebook

The main responsibility of the social media manager is to grow our social media following, facilitate engagement, build and interact with our ideal community, and produce traffic to our website and/or funnels. This role will also strategize & execute the personal branding strategy for our Founder. As our personal brand manager, this individual will work closely with the CEO; adopting his personality, tone & interests to implement a compelling and engaging social presence.

What will you do?

  • Creating and overseeing compelling social media branding and marketing strategies
  • Compelling ghost copywriting tailored to each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube)
  • Developing detailed guides and SOP for the content production process
  • Scheduling content publications, reviewing reach and effectiveness KPIs
  • Repurposing content across multiple channels
  • Engage and interact with the targeted community audience
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media as a journey

What we're looking for?

  • Extensive social media marketing experience (min 1-3 years).
  • Extensive copywriting experience with demonstrable skills in producing intent-based content
  • Demonstrated experience in producing a variety of content tailored to specific channels [Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube]
  • You love to learn and implement the best practices for various platforms and your track record of quota achievement proves it.
  • Experience deriving analytics on engagement and channel growth
  • You are a self-starter who is driven to exceed set targets.
  • You are comfortable speaking up and you spend time doing the research before forming a strong opinion.
  • You like to operate in a team which includes sharing best practices with others while also asking for help when needed.
  • You are comfortable with performance management.
  • Organized and able to multitask
